 This farm consists of approximately 150± acres more or less. According to the Noble County FSA office there is 93.5 DCP cropland acres with 93.5 acre wheat base and a 38 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the farm is in timber, Black Bear Creek grass and a pond. This property is currently planted to Canola, but the remaining portion of the land offers extremely good deer and turkey hunting.
